Lovely bed, had some issues with original assembly.

Once I took some pictures and emailed about the bed not being set up correctly, they sent someone out the next day all the way from Leeds to Kent to resolve the problem and it was a Sunday.

I am pleased to say they sorted the issue ASAP, and I am very happy now.

Great quality, easy to assemble and colour is perfect! We bought this for our 2 year old who hates his cot and he loves it! Perfect for safety as he cannot fall out of it while sleeping and he can easily get in and out.

Comms was great, delivery as well. If you are not sure about colour you can ask for samples!

The communication was great from the moment I ordered the bed. There was a slight issue with the headboard which was replaced straight away and the driver who put the bed together ensured that I was happy with the product before he left. Thank you, my daughter loves her new bed!
