ABBEDS - TERMS & CONDITIONS

This website is operated by ABBEDS (referred to as "us," "we," or "our"). As a user of this website (also referred to as "the buyer"), you acknowledge that any use, including any transactions you make, is subject to our terms and conditions.

By placing an order with ABBEDS, you consent to receiving special offers and promotions via email. The contract between ABBEDS and the buyer shall be governed exclusively by these terms and conditions.


1. General

The information contained on this website, including product details, descriptions, pricing, and availability, may be subject to change. Your continued use of this website following any changes constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.


2. Order Acceptance

  • Once an order is placed, we will confirm acceptance via email.
  • If, after confirmation, a product is found to be unavailable, we will notify you and offer a refund for the unavailable product.
  • We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, and details, but errors can occur. If an error materially affects your order, we will notify you with an option to proceed or cancel for a refund.

3. Copyright

All website content, including text, graphics, and layout, is the property of ABBEDS. You may use this site as an information and shopping resource, but any reproduction, modification, or distribution of content without prior written permission is prohibited.


4. Deposits

  • Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your order or attempt to return a product.
  • Deposits will be refunded only if ABBEDS cancels the order due to product unavailability or pricing errors.
    5. Discount Codes
  • Only one discount code can be used per order.
  • ABBEDS reserves the right to withdraw special offers or discount codes at any time.
    6. Order Alterations
  • Any requested alterations to orders may incur additional charges.
    7. Delivery
  • Delivery costs are non-refundable.
  • While we strive to meet delivery timeframes, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
  • If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, a £60 redelivery charge will apply.
  • Customers must inspect their items upon delivery. Any damages must be reported immediately to the delivery team before they leave.
  • If the bed cannot fit through stairways or doorways, the driver will not accept a return.
  • ABBEDS is not responsible for any property damage caused during delivery.
    8. Assembly Service
  • If selected, the assembly service includes delivering the bed to a chosen room and assembling it.
  • The service does not include dismantling old furniture or removing packaging materials.
    9. Warranty
  • 90-Day Warranty: Covers defects in materials or workmanship. We will repair or replace defective parts within this period.
  • 2-Year Part Replacement Warranty: Covers defects in materials or workmanship beyond 90 days. We will supply replacement parts at no additional cost.
  • The warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper assembly.
    10. Cancellation & Returns
  • Damaged or Missing Goods
  • Customers must inspect their items upon delivery.
  • Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via email with photographic evidence.
  • Change of Mind Policy
  • Custom-sized beds (including custom headboards, footboards, or side rails) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • 14-day cooling-off period applies to standard items, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
  • If a customer orders the wrong size, a £175 charge will apply for admin, delivery, and refund processing.
  • If the order is cancelled before dispatch, a £75 admin fee applies.
  • Customers must return the product at their own cost within 14 days in its original condition and packaging.
  • Exclusions
  • Once the bed is assembled or used, returns will not be accepted.
  • Fabric and material choices are the customer’s responsibility. Free fabric samples are available before purchase.
  • Refunds are not provided for beds that are the wrong color or material due to customer selection.
    11. Failed Deliveries & Refusals
  • If a delivery is refused without a valid defect claim, the order will be considered fulfilled, and no refund or replacement will be provided.
  • If delivery cannot be made due to access issues, a £50 redelivery charge will apply.
    12. Consumer Rights Compliance
  • ABBEDS complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. As our products are custom-made, they do not qualify for return or refund unless a manufacturing defect is identified at the time of delivery.
