We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us right away if it is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Regrettably, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you need is to return the item and place a new order after the return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you’re entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason and without explanation. The item must still be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, your original payment method will be refunded automatically within 10 business days. Keep in mind that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
